About Headless Horseman Escape Rooms

Headless Horseman Escape Rooms is a fully interactive experience where visitors are trapped in a themed, highly realistic series of rooms and must work together to escape within 60 minutes. Participants explore their surroundings using logic, instinct, and critical thinking to find secret passages, solve puzzles, crack codes, and uncover hidden mysteries. Each room has different stories and presents different challenges, with clues and riddles hidden throughout that provide the tools needed to meet objectives. Groups must stay calm under pressure as the clock ticks down, testing their wit and ability to work as a team. Although some rooms are horror themed, the experience is not classified as scary—there are no actors or jump scares like a haunted house. Children age 11 and up are recommended for participation. The attraction is located in Ulster Park, New York, and requires online ticket purchase with a minimum of two tickets per reservation, accommodating groups up to twelve players per room.
