About Dairy Acres of Baker
Dairy Acres of Baker is a blueberry and blackberry farm where visitors pick their own fruit during the growing season. The farm maintains 1,000 blueberry bushes across 37 rows in five varieties: Climax, Powder Blue, Tiffiany Blue, Premier, and Brightwell. Guests receive buckets and bags to harvest as many berries as they like. Beyond picking, the farm operates a petting zoo featuring mini Highland cows with distinctive long horns, mini donkeys known for their playful personalities, a mini pony, alpacas with soft fleece, and interactive goats. The petting zoo operates on Friday evenings, Saturday mornings through evening, and Sunday mornings. Movie events run Friday and Saturday evenings. A portable building on the property sells blueberry honey harvested from farm plants, along with jellies, jams, and seasonal produce including peaches, watermelon, squash, okra, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
