Your multi attraction ticket is valid for one entry into each of the selected number of attractions for 90 days from your date of redemption.
Not all attractions are open every day. Please check the individual attraction opening times before you visit.
Please redeem your voucher online before first use.
Standard Merlin Ts&Cs apply. Multi attraction tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
All Merlin Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/ or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.
Photocopies not accepted.
Multi attraction tickets are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher for value.
No person under the age of 12 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin attractions reserve the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.
Daysout.com act as a booking agent in respect of all tickets ordered on it’s website. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any arrangements or other services you purchase in respect of your chosen attraction or attraction. For all bookings, your contract will be with the supplier of the Attraction in question. Please head to the attraction website for full entry terms and conditions.
Daysout.com will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by the Company and has no control over its Ticket Suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of its Ticket Suppliers or their servants, agents, or employees.
Daysout.com cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense whatsoever and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing whether caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by its Ticket Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeure. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the Company be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Company shall be limited to the price paid for the Tickets excluding any payment processing fees and handling charges.
By agreement to these Terms and Conditions the Customer agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions in respect of any claim brought by the Customer the Company.
