London Stadium Tourtickets and tips

3 things worth shouting about:

  1. For a new(ish) stadium, it’s got tons of history – from 2012 Olympics venue to current home of West Ham Utd.
  2. The views are cracking. From the top of the ‘Copper Box’, you’ll see across the Olympic Park and city of London.
  3. Visiting the player’s tunnel and pitch side is pretty cool. Bounce on your toes. Wave your arms. Pretend you’re a shouty football manager.

Keep your eyes peeled - tickets for London Stadium Tour are coming soon.

"There's a lot to do in the area so make a day of it "

There's loads to do around the London Stadium, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where there's a nature reserve, food market, the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the Olympic Bell, the Olympic tour statue and the Abba arena where Abba Voyage is. You can really make a day of it!

Sandy

Sandy says

"Go on a weekday if possible"

We went on a weekday during term time and it was so much quieter, we had a lot more space to move around and got a great view of the stadium.

What to expect at London Stadium Tour

The Olympic Park’s home to ABBA, big slides and must-visit stadium tours. Nice.

With a 66,000 capacity, it’s one of Britain’s biggest sports venues. And it’s also got a retractable roof, 360-degree digital video scoreboard and banging sound system (great place for watching gigs as well as games).

Running for an hour, the stadium tour packs a lot in. You’ll see the players dressing rooms, hospitality suites, press conference room, pitch and West Stand. And you’ll learn loads about how the stadium was built, why they bothered, and all the exciting events it’s hosted – from the London Olympics to Beyonce. Get your London Stadium Tour tickets here to experience it for yourself!

Plonked in Stratford, it’s just a few miles from the city centre. And while you’re in the Olympic Park, you can also see the Areclormittal Orbit statue (its tunnel slide’s Britain’s tallest and fastest), explore kids trails and water fountains or grab a beer at Roof East. Go on, you deserve it.
