The property centers on a retrofitted horse barn housing a state-of-the-art winery. Inside, guests view French oak barrels, upright wooden oak fermenters, concrete fermenters, and stainless-steel tanks that blend traditional and modern winemaking methods. The vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot across its terrain between the Santa Ynez Mountain range and San Rafael mountains. A cellar tour follows the vineyard experience. Wine tastings occur in a private setting adjacent to the winery, where each guest receives a personalized tasting mat, Acqua Panna water, and estate extra virgin olive oil from Mission and Manzanillo olive trees. Tastings feature three hand-blown Zalto glasses holding library and current Cabernet-based wine selections paired with cheese.
