The Stadium Tours and Museum Centre is located behind the Matthew Harding Stand, aim to arrive 30 minutes before the start of your tour to enjoy the full museum experience!

The tour last approximately one hour but tickets include access to the museum where you can explore at your own leisure. Allow yourself 2 hours to enjoy the full experience.

Yes! Chelsea FC aims to make their stadium and the tour as accessible as possible. They have several facilities and accommodations.

Entrance

• On the approach to the Stadium Tours and Museum there is a gradual slope, with some uneven surfaces, levelling off to a flat access to the Museum itself.
• The Museum is situated on the second floor with lift access. There are tour guides to assist once inside.
• The Tour
• The Stadium Tour around the ground is fully accessible. There are gradual inclines with some pathways which can be uneven underfoot.
• The Stadium Tour route is accessible with ramps provided and seating at regular intervals.
• The Stadium Tour route is not suitable for prams due to the number of stairs required. However, if guests wish to take their prams on the tour route for the comfort, well-being or safety of their child then please speak to the tours team on arrival and they will try to accommodate. There is a free pram park available in the museum.

Car Parking and Arrival

• There is limited parking on-site with disabled parking spaces.
• The on-site car park surface is tarmac with a paved path leading to the Stadium Tours and Museum shop.
• There is an off-site car park 200m from the main entrance in the Fulham Broadway Centre.
• There is a drop-off point at the main entrance.

Main Entrance, Reception, Ticketing Area & Museum

• The Museum Shop and ticket desk are situated on the ground floor with step-free, level access throughout.
• The floor is tiled in this area with seats and is well lit with fluorescent lighting. Some areas of the museum are more dimly lit.
• There is a lowered section of the welcome/ticketing desk.
• Everything in the museum is reachable and readable for wheelchair users.
• Wheelchair loan is available free of charge on request
• They offer concession prices and a complimentary carer.

Toilets

• Toilets are located in the Museum with level access.
• These toilets have a unisex accessible toilet.

Additional Information

• All of staff receive regular training that includes disability awareness training.
• Trained assistance dogs are welcome.
